Information you provide
When you enquire, we collect the contact name, business name, email, phone number and any location, service selection or message you submit. The form may record the originating page and campaign parameters. Please do not submit passwords, identity documents or sensitive customer records through the public form.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to respond, understand your requirements, prepare proposals and manage the resulting business relationship. We may retain records needed for legitimate business administration, security and legal obligations. Enquiry permission is not a subscription to unrelated marketing.
Service providers and storage
The website is hosted on Vercel. Enquiries are stored through Supabase and may be included in email or configured owner notifications used to handle your request. Service providers may process information outside your country. External services such as WhatsApp apply their own terms when you follow a link to them.
Operational information and analytics
Hosting and application systems may process request information, including IP address and logs, to operate the site and reduce abuse. The enquiry endpoint uses temporary rate limiting. We use Vercel Web Analytics on the deployed website to understand page visits and broad referral, device and country information, plus contact-link clicks and saved enquiries. Form content and contact details are not sent in these analytics events; page URL query strings are removed. This website does not add advertising pixels or marketing cookies.
Sharing and security
We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information. Information may be shared with providers needed to operate the service, professional advisers or authorities where required. We use access controls and reasonable technical measures; no internet transmission or storage system is completely risk-free.
Your choices and requests
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict use of personal information, or to object or withdraw consent where relevant. Contact us to make a request or ask about retention. We may need to verify your identity and retain records where legally required.

Project planning and supporting documents
When you choose the AI planning assistant, your project messages are sent to Google’s Gemini service to generate a response. Avoid entering passwords or sensitive personal records. A submitted enquiry is handled through our existing lead system; the project brief, generated PDF and files you choose to attach are sent to TADJ’s configured email provider for responding to your project.
