Using this website
These terms govern use of the TADJ F.Z.E website. By using it, you agree to use it lawfully and not interfere with systems, other users or third-party rights. If you do not agree, do not use the website or request services.
Proposals and scope
Service-specific terms, deliverables, schedules, responsibilities and fees are set out in individual proposals or agreements. A website description or enquiry is not an unconditional commitment to a delivery date, approval or outcome. The agreed project documents define the engagement.
Client responsibilities
Provide accurate information and appropriate authorization for the systems and content involved. Keep account credentials confidential, respect intellectual property rights and comply with applicable laws. Delays in access, approvals or required information may affect the delivery plan.
Intellectual property
Website content, branding and software belong to TADJ or the relevant licensors. Unless a service agreement specifies otherwise, work created specifically for a client generally transfers upon full payment. Third-party software, fonts, platforms and other licensed materials remain subject to their own terms.
Fees and payments
Payment terms are specified in the proposal or invoice, including any Net 15 or Net 30 period, applicable late fees and suspension provisions. Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise or required by law. Provider subscriptions, ad spend, authority charges and banking fees are separate unless expressly included.
Service boundaries
Services are provided as available within the agreed scope. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete security, search rankings, advertising returns, bank approval or authority processing times. Legal, tax, regulated financial advice, certification and independent audits require the appropriate qualified providers.
Liability and termination
To the extent permitted by law, TADJ is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive loss, including lost profits or data arising from website use or service interruption. Services may be suspended or terminated for breach; project termination and exit arrangements are governed by the individual service agreement. Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with disputes subject to the courts of the UAE unless the applicable service agreement or mandatory law provides otherwise. Questions can be sent to contact@tadjfze.com.
