Frequently asked questions
Good questions. Straight answers.
The practical details behind working with TADJ. Explore project scope, packages, delivery and the nine services that connect your business.
Getting started
The people, process and practical details behind your project.
Who will I be working with at TADJ?
TADJ F.Z.E is led by founder and CEO Pascal Leonel Kouam Tadjuidje. We bring website design, e-commerce, retail operations, IT, cybersecurity, AI automation, digital advertising, business banking assistance and company formation into a coordinated project scope.
Where is TADJ based, and can I arrange a meeting?
Our published base is Office C1-1F-SF20658, Ajman Free Zone, UAE. Contact us before visiting so we can agree the meeting format, time and any site requirements. Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi are service areas; our business base is Ajman.
How do I get a project quote?
Tell us what your business does, which service you need, your current website or systems, and your budget and timing. You can use the project planner or prepare a custom WhatsApp quote request. We confirm the deliverables, price, responsibilities and payment terms in a written proposal or invoice.
What should I prepare before our first conversation?
A short description of your business, the problem you want to solve, links to existing work or systems, the people involved and a realistic budget are a useful start. For an existing website, note the pages and integrations that must be preserved. Share sensitive access only through an agreed secure process.
Can you work with a business outside the UAE?
We can scope remote digital and technology projects for businesses in the United States, United Kingdom and Canada. Australian projects are enquiry-led and require an availability and service-fit check. Meeting hours, handover, language needs and local professional responsibilities are agreed before starting. These are remote service arrangements, not overseas TADJ offices.
Can I send a written brief and supporting files?
Yes. The project studio lets you write and edit a manual brief, use a starter template, download a PDF and share supporting files with your enquiry. You can also send a direct enquiry without using the planner. Avoid putting passwords, identity documents or private customer records in a public form.
How is payment arranged?
The custom quote flow starts a conversation; it is not an instant checkout. After we confirm the scope, TADJ provides an invoice and the agreed payment instructions. The quote flow uses bank transfer. Your written agreement identifies payment dates, service fees and any separate provider or authority charges.
Website design
Packages, launch planning and what happens after handover.
What do the UAE website packages cost?
The published Launch package is AED 1,499, Business is AED 2,999, and Store is AED 4,999. Launch covers up to five core pages and practical contact features; Business adds more pages and business features; Store adds online-store functionality. Compare the complete inclusions and confirm the final scope before ordering.
What are the published website delivery targets?
The Launch package has a 48-hour launch target, Business a five-working-day target, and Store a seven-working-day target. These targets depend on an agreed scope, complete content, access and timely approvals. Custom integrations, migrations and additional requirements can change the delivery plan; the proposal confirms your schedule.
How are hosting and small updates handled after launch?
Published website aftercare starts at AED 149 per month for hosting and unlimited small updates under the package terms. Agree what counts as a small update, who manages accounts and backups, and how requests are handled. New features, substantial redesigns and third-party subscriptions may need a separate scope.
E-commerce
A storefront that connects to the way your business sells.
What information is needed to quote an online store?
Start with your product count and variants, current platform, selling countries, payment needs, delivery model and any existing CRM or stock system. Tell us whether this is a new store or a migration. We use those details to scope storefront design, data work, integrations and representative checkout and refund tests.
Which ongoing costs should I budget for with e-commerce?
Allow for the platform or hosting subscription, paid extensions or apps, payment processing, maintenance and any agreed operational support. Advertising, physical fulfilment and provider fees are separate unless expressly included. Merchant eligibility and supported payment methods must be confirmed with the selected provider.
Retail operations
Keep the catalogue, stock and customer journey connected.
Which day-to-day store workflows can you help organise?
We can review product naming and catalogue updates, inventory handoffs, order statuses, returns routing, customer enquiries and useful reporting. The engagement may be a focused improvement or agreed ongoing support. We define who owns each task and exception, including the boundaries between your systems and selected logistics providers.
How do you check that an inventory or order integration works?
We trace representative orders and stock changes across the agreed systems, including cancellations, returns and failed updates. A useful handover explains the system of record, reconciliation, alerts, responsibilities and manual recovery. The exact tests depend on the APIs, connectors and workflows available.
IT consultancy
Clear technology decisions and a usable delivery plan.
What should an IT consultancy engagement deliver?
A scoped engagement can provide a system and dependency assessment, architecture recommendations, cloud or migration planning, integration work and a prioritised roadmap. Agree the concrete outputs, acceptance criteria and operational owner at the start. Software licences and cloud consumption are separately identified.
What should a Terraform or Ansible handover include?
The agreed infrastructure or configuration definitions should be version-controlled and understandable to the team taking ownership. Scope the relevant resources, permissions, state handling, review and deployment process, documentation and recovery steps. Testing and change approval are part of the rollout plan.
Cybersecurity
Authorised assessment and practical next steps.
What will I receive from a website security assessment?
The proposal should identify the assets and testing depth. Findings should explain affected areas, evidence, severity and practical remediation, with agreed retest criteria. The purpose is to help you address real weaknesses; a scanner score or an assessment at one point in time is not a guarantee of future security.
What permission is needed before security testing starts?
Testing requires clear authorisation from the appropriate asset owner. We agree the systems, permitted methods, testing windows, exclusions and escalation contacts before work begins. Production-impacting activity needs explicit coordination, and sensitive access is shared through an agreed secure process.
AI & automation
Start with a useful workflow and measure what changes.
What makes a good first automation project?
Choose one repeatable task with a clear owner, understandable inputs and a measurable time or quality problem. Map exceptions and human handoffs before choosing tools. A bounded pilot can test whether rules, an integration or an AI-assisted step is the right fit before expanding the scope.
What costs continue after a chatbot or automation is built?
Model or API usage, automation-platform subscriptions, connected applications and ongoing monitoring or maintenance may be recurring costs. These are separate from implementation unless the proposal includes them. We scope integrations, expected usage, evaluation and support so you can assess the operating cost.
Advertising & SEO
Connect search visibility to useful customer enquiries.
How do you choose SEO keywords worth working on?
We connect the actual service offer and customer questions with the site’s Search Console evidence and, where available, country-specific keyword-tool data. Related phrases are mapped to a useful existing page. We distinguish observed searches, estimated market volumes and unmeasured ideas rather than treating a keyword list as proof of demand.
What should we measure after a digital campaign launches?
Track the agreed business outcome alongside traffic and spend: saved enquiries, qualified leads, proposals and customers are different stages. For SEO, indexing and relevant impressions are early observations, followed by clicks and enquiry quality. Review a meaningful reporting period and the actual searches and landing pages involved.
How can a FAQ page support search visibility?
Useful answers make scope, costs and next steps easier for customers to understand and help connect related topics across the site. Clear headings, readable HTML and relevant internal links support that work. FAQ content and structured data do not guarantee a Google position or a special search-result display.
Business banking
Prepare a clearer application for the provider to assess.
What does business bank-account preparation involve?
We review the company’s activity, ownership, transaction countries and expected payment flows, then help organise the business profile, document checklist and follow-up questions for suitable providers. This is preparation and coordination assistance; the selected institution performs due diligence and decides whether to approve the account.
What should a founder gather before discussing a bank application?
Have your company structure, intended activity, ownership and signatory information, and a clear explanation of the business ready. Providers may request incorporation records, identification, address evidence and proof of business activity. The required documents vary; confirm the selected provider’s current checklist and use an agreed secure channel for sensitive records.
Company formation
Choose the structure around how the business will operate.
What determines the total cost of setting up a UAE company?
Activity, jurisdiction, shareholders, visas, premises and any external approvals affect the cost. Compare TADJ’s service fee with authority charges, office requirements, visa costs, renewals and subsequent obligations. The published packages identify their pricing basis; confirm a current written quotation for your exact business.
Do you have US LLC and other international formation options?
Yes. The published options include US LLC Formation ($499), UK Ltd Company ($399), Singapore Pte Ltd ($1,299), Hong Kong Limited ($999), Estonia e-Residency ($699), Other jurisdictions (Custom quote). These are starting points for a scope conversation. Confirm current inclusions, filing arrangements, renewals, fees and availability before proceeding. Legal and tax advice should come from appropriately qualified advisers.
